Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NOXLIST, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service. NOXLIST reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notification to registered users.

2. Service Description

NOXLIST is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for managing guest lists for events and nightlife. The service includes:

  • Event creation and management
  • Guest list management with different statuses (confirmed, pending, declined)
  • Digital check-in system for guests
  • Event statistics and reporting
  • Management of multiple organizers/PRs per event

3. Registration and Account

To use NOXLIST, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with third parties

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Plans and Payments

NOXLIST offers the following subscription plans:

  • Normal Plan (Free): up to 3 events, 100 guests per event, basic check-in, email support
  • Pro Plan ($9.99/month): unlimited events, 1,000 guests per event, advanced analytics, CSV/Excel export, priority support

Free Trial: The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No charges will be made during the trial period. At the end of the 14 days, the subscription will automatically activate at $9.99/month, unless canceled before expiration.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at expiration, unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. In case of significant technical issues attributable to NOXLIST, a proportional refund may be considered by contacting support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NOXLIST for:

  • Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights
  • Spreading offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • Collecting personal data without the consent of the data subjects
  • Interfering with the operation of the service
  • Attempting to access other users' data
  • Reselling or sublicensing the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

NOXLIST and all its contents (software, graphics, logo, text) are the exclusive property of NOXLIST and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the service or its contents. Data entered by you (events, guest lists) remain your property.

8. User Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you enter into the platform, including guest data. You guarantee that you have the right and/or necessary consent to enter such data and agree to comply with privacy regulations (GDPR) with respect to guests at your events.

9. Limitation of Liability

NOXLIST is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. NOXLIST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The maximum liability of NOXLIST is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive to ensure maximum service availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance) or due to force majeure.

11. Suspension and Termination

NOXLIST reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, non-payment, suspicious or illegal activities. You can delete your account at any time from settings. Upon deletion, data will be removed according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Service Modifications

NOXLIST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. In case of substantial changes, we will notify users with reasonable advance notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, if applicable, or alternatively the Court of Milan.
