How can I change my plan?

Go to Settings → Subscription in your account. From there you can see your current plan and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

How does check-in work?

Each event has a unique check-in page. Staff members can access the guest list and mark guests as "checked-in" with a single tap.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

How can I request a refund?

Contact us via email explaining the situation. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and will respond within 24-48 hours.
